Method
- Fry Onion (5 mins)
- Add chopped Carrot and Celery (5 mins)
- Add Garlic (2 mins)
- Add Paella Rice, Turmeric and Chilli (2 mins)
- Add Fish Stock and simmer (20 mins)
- Add Seafood and Olives, continue to simmer (10 mins)
- Squeeze over Lemon and sprinkle with Parsley
